Andrea serves as Director of Operations for Loxahatchee Capital, where she oversees strategic planning, recruiting, marketing, and the firm’s operational infrastructure. She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growth initiatives and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client and advisor experience.

Most recently, Andrea served as Business Analyst for the Florida Market at UBS, supporting 280 advisors across 34 offices representing more than $100 billion in assets under management. She drove operational efficiencies, led key business initiatives, and partnered closely with market leadership to advance strategic priorities.

Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Over the course of her career at UBS, she progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, including Administrative Officer supporting the Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management businesses in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, and Vero Beach. She also held positions as Executive Assistant for the Florida Market, Divisional Team Assistant for the Central Division, Team Administrator in Private Wealth Management, and Registered Client Service Associate, building broad expertise in client service, operations, and business management.

Early on in her career, Andrea served as a Personal Banker at Bank of America, where she focused on business development, relationship management, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and maintains FINRA Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses, along with Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses.
