Joan is a Senior Client Associate at Loxahatchee Capital, where she supports the firm’s client service operations. She assists clients with complex and time-sensitive administrative needs and focuses on philanthropy, trust and estate administration, and new client onboarding.

Joan began her career in Long Island, New York, at Reynolds Securities, a predecessor to Dean Witter and Morgan Stanley. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1994, where she served private clients and spent 11 years in Branch Administration. In 2008, she joined UBS alongside 440 Group co-founder and retired partner Scott Weber. In 2025, she helped launch Loxahatchee Capital.

She attended the University of Miami and the Minneapolis School of Business.
